I was disappointed by the customer service in this store - I went to shop nut free cupcakes for my Son's Birthday . I Insisted twice that it has to be nut free and after the assurance given by the employees i ordered 25 cupcakes- when i handed over it in the school, they asked for a sticker which says its nut free or certificate of proof, when i reached out Gigi's Cupcakes Fort Worth-Presidio Towne Crossing to get the certificate they said they cant do it and they also wont refund because its out of store. All i asked was to give proof for what they commited during selling and only on the assurance they gave i ordered and its really unfair for them to have No accountability - such a bad customer service. If you want nut free cupcakes DONT BUY HERE!

😍love their oreo cupcakes. Sad thing is they are almost always sold out. Had to buy the last 4 minis. Guess I should really plan ahead. LolWell I am updating my prior post because I went last night 04JAN20 and omg they had so many double stuffed cupcakes so I bought 4, 🙂😍 and a red velvet and the bourbon butter bacon cupcake. Wow oh wow. Nothing will ever beat the double stuff but mmmm that bacon cupcake was yummy. 😍😍

Great, festive and not too sweet. They even have a Gluten Friendly Wedding Cake version that is sooo good.

Totally willing to give them another shot- The Sea salt pretzel is super good + the prices aren't bad. That being said...I Got a half dozen for my husbands birthday, Unfortunately we only liked and ate two. We trashed The other 4 as they had very dense flavorless cake, too much frosting, with an overly sweet, somewhat granulated texture. The staff didn't seem super thrilled to be there, and I would have liked to hear what the club was all about but I was only asked if I was member.Cute store though, the macaroons looked pretty.

It was our first time here. First off the guest service is amazing. The selection of cupcakes was excellent. It was so hard to choose from. The place was very clean, not one single crumb anywhere. I felt the price was good for what we bought. Tonight I'm gonna eat the turtle cheesecake one. I ate the chocolate chip cookie dough cupcake last night which was pretty good. My wife got the cherry cheesecake last night which she said was amazing. Tonight shell eat the strawberry shortcake. We will definitely be back!

Giving you 2 stars only because the shop was super cute and draws you in. The cupcakes were decorated cute and a great selection, however the taste was just “meh” we bought 5 cupcakes. strawberry cheesecake, red velvet, champagne, German chocolate and a midnight magic to bring to a friend. We’ve eaten the strawberry cheesecake and red velvet both weren’t very good. I really wanted to like them because it was such a cute place and everything looked so yummy. I’m holding out hope for the other 2 cupcakes in the box but that remains to be seen. My husband thought they were a little pricey but we thought it would be a nice treat to take back to Abilene with us. He said that it must’ve been the fancy boxes and bag we were paying for and not the cupcakes. I would love to try the macarons but I’m not sure about those. I guess I’ll try the other 2 cupcakes and get back to you. Thanks for listening.

UPDATE and changed review. We were contacted by the owner very quickly to correct the matter. They were very kind, considerate, and insured us the staff would have training. We will gladly continue giving our business and support. NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY We love love love the cupcakes and have been coming here for the last year since moving to the area. Today our experience was a little troublesome when trying to use the military discount. I had my Navy federal card, and my husbands military ID (he was in the car on a call), and the manager said she was unable to give me the discount bc the military ID was expired. I explained to her my husband is a veteran not active duty and she proceeded to inform me to call the government so my husband could get an updated card. Needless to say we didn’t get the discount and that’s ok, but it made me feel very uncomfortable.

The cupcakes are always fresh made - moist and flavorful. It's not always service with a smile, but the delicious cupcakes keep you returning.

Honestly the cupcakes are pretty but the taste and and texture of the cake itself is mediocre, in my opinion cupcakes are over priced. I get my simple cupcakes that are moist and taste great from Sam's or Costco and they are priced great!

They are great. Iceing is real sweet really to sweet have to take some off.

This Gigi's cupcakes, especially the owner Kristie, was phenomenal. They did a large order for my wedding and were helpful, and professional the whole time. They were willing to customize the colors, toppings, styles, etc. Kristie also delivered the cupcakes and personally set them up. It made the entire experience smooth and stress free. The cupcakes themselves were delicious and I heard nothing but wonderful things about them from friends and family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cupcake order, be it large or small. And I will be returning to this store to get a personal box of cupcakes for our anniversary.

These cupcakes are delightful! When I moved back from Maryland, I thought it would be hard to find any that compared to Georgetown Cupcakes, but I found good competition!

The store is cute and the staff was super friendly. The cupcakes looked delicious but I wasn't totally impressed. They had way too much frosting. Don't get me wrong, I like frosting but having more frosting than cake is a bit much. They are also a bit over priced. The Blondie was my favorite and the Lemon Dream Supreme was not worth the hype. My husband liked his Turtle cupcake but agreed that the frosting was overkill. May go back but not sure. I've had better.

I decided to buy cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday this year from Gigi’s. I was able to get a delicious variety which could not have been easily done with making them myself and I got to sneak in an individual cheesecake for myself. They were all available at the time I had requested for pick up. We’ll be back soon!

Husband went in to surprise me with a red velvet cupcake and it was gross. It was dry but the cupcake itself was wet!! so gross.

My son and I shared a half dozen of the mini cupcakes and each one was amazing! Definitely going to use them for his birthday this year! And any other excuse... I mean EVENT that I can come up with to get cupcakes.

My husband bought macaroons for my birthday. They were undercooked and the fillings had weird textures. The lemon macaroon were the worst we had to throw them out.

They have outstanding products but their customer service is nonexistent. Every time out of the 4 times I’ve gone except for the first time I’ve received bad customer service. They won’t have to worry about me coming back no matter how good their cupcakes are.

Im the type of customer that most every special occasion I will order something here. I was extremely upset and disappointed when I show up too pick my order for Mothers Day something special for my mom and they told me sorry someone else picked my order up plus I had already paid for my order a week in advance. You can't run a business like this.

I use to go to Gigi's so that I could get some macaroons because I have to eat gluten freeIt was a nice treat. This last time my husband picked me up 2 Doesn't as a special gift. But they were contaminated with gluten. And when I get gluten it's really bad. No Gory details I just suggest if you have an allergy to be Super careful for cross contamination. Needless to say I will never go back I can't it's too dangerous for me.

Lots of variety. Almost all delicious. Not sure why the hazelnut had such a strong lemon taste. Other than that, all the others tasted delicious and we tried a lot. The turtle cheesecake was divine.

Great cupcakes and cheesecakes (and macarons)! My daughter had been wanting to go to the Magical unicorn store but their reviews were awful and they closed down. Took her here instead and I’m glad I did! We weren’t disappointed. ❤️ Cute store with lots of yummy choices, gluten-free options and reasonable prices for deliciousness. My daughter was happy.

Rude go somewhere else where they have customer service.dont waste your money here.from no longer a loyal customer.update no response from owner or manager I guess customer service is nonexistent. I will never give money to rude people anymore.Go to sweet spot better prices,good cupcakes and great service.

Today was my coworkers birthday and I wanted to surprise her with something - I had originally ordered through door dash and a different bakery and for whatever reason they failed me.So I had back up plan Gigi - i spoke with Abby earlier and then called her back she was a doll - my co worker lives in a new area and somehow people cannot find the house. Anyway Abby was patient as we looked at the drive in our maps. I had google maps and she had apple map (lesson learnt do not use apple map for a new direction) and she was able to locate my coworkers home (after switching to Google maps) and later deliver the cup cakes and called to let me know that they were delivered.That was service indeed. Shame I did not get to try the cupcakes but they looked amazing.Will order from here again.

Always love the cupcakes here, however I’ve noticed that the girls that work here always seem snotty & unhappy to be there. One of them cut me off while I was asking a question last time.

Nice selection of cupcakes and macarons. Tough to choose. The turtle cheesecake was rich and delicious. Double Stuff was very chocolatey. Want to try Almond Royale next time. All of the macarons had good texture and flavor. Prices are a little high, but quality is worth it for a once in a while splurge.

I had the white midnight magic chocolate chip and the cookie dough cupcakes-really good! The cookie dough tasted exactly on point! They we're still most at 5pm. Friends said the cheesecake ones were okay, and the strawberry shortcake was very good!

Today me & my fiance wanted something sweet so I googled cupcakes near me & Gigi's popped up. We went there & the customer service was wonderful. They were extremely nice & very helpful. As one person talked to me another came out to speak with my fiance. We both decided to try a dozen of the minis. We got home & almost ate the entire box. Those cupcakes were the best ever. I was so happy about how great they were I even called up there to thank the people for everything. I promise that if you like cupcakes this is the place to go to. 100% satisfied!!!

We are giving a 2 star because we know the potential for these cupcakes, since we've been to the one in southlake and the flavors were amazing there but we were super disappointed to end up with dry cupcakes at the alliancr location. The mini peanut butter ones were a flavor we haven't had before and the cake was so dry it was hard to even taste the flavor between the dryness and the stale pretzel on top. Those cupcakes had to have been leftover from a previous day. We are giving one to my sons teacher that just came back to work after a trafic accident and Im just praying it isnt dry as well because it doesnt feel very moist from the outside but my son insisted on giving him a cupcake for his return to school. I think we just lucked out for going in the later part of the evening and not earlier and just ended up with old cupcakes. Macrons were good, so if anything we will come back for those but probably just pass on the cupcakes next time.

I went because I was looking for gluten free cupcakes for a gift. Which they had and my coworker had zero reaction which was amazing. However, when I walked in there was so many opinions from mini cupcakes , big cupcakes, macaroons, brownies, cakes...ect. That I ended up spending $40 worth buying everything and all was delicious. My coworkers and I loved it all and they plan to go one day. Thanks for your delicious cupcakes and more! Big thanks for taking all the precautions you do for the gluten free ones too. I know nothing is 100% guarantee but you succeeded. 👍

They have a really great staff and make the best cupcakes!

Love this place.... I usually get red velvet. This last visit, I chose the creme brulee with a vanilla bean icing. It was delicious!My only issue is that I always find the frosting to be excessive. I tend to scoop half of the frosting off. Of course, this is just my personal preference....

What are you waiting for?! These cupcakes are delectable! They have every flavor you can imagine and did I mention they also have ice cream? Yumm😋

The cupcakes were very well decorated with high attention to detail. The cupcakes and brownies were very moist and delicious. It is on the pricey side, but it is worth it.

On Fridays they have vegan cupcakes! And they taste great! I prefer the chocolate cake with white icing and chocolate chip sprinkles! Yum! Now you want cupcakes. Right?! They even have gluten free options! And cakes that are made of cupcakes! This is my go to cupcake place. Thank you Gigi’s!!

These are the best cupcakes I have ever had! I've been to many places between Forney, Rockwall, Dallas and Fort Worth and these are absolutely amazing! So moist and sooooo goooood! I am now a big fan of their Cotton Candy flavor and their Midnight Magic flavor! Thank you Gigi! You've reinvented and perfected the meaning of cupcakes! ♥
